Elizabeth Bishop and Elliott Carter

In honor of the centennial of Elizabeth Bishop’s birth in Worcester in 1911, the East Coast Contemporary Ensemble performed Elliott Carter’s settings of her poems. Lloyd Schwartz introduced and read the poems before each musical performance.
