As we move on to larger scale concepts in the science frameworks, they become more abstract in nature. Nevertheless still are accessible through a variety of media and hands on activities. The progression I have chosen provides ample opportunities to tie this unit back to DNA, genetics, evolution, and anatomy. We will be talking about concepts like the carbon cycle, food webs, biodiversity, and trophic pyramids that have concepts from previous units embedded in them.
