4A.1: Reflective Practice (explanation and evidence)
As part of thinking about being a better teacher, I had to reflect on my own identity to show up for my students in the ways they would need me to.
Once I started teaching however, I begun thinking how to meet the needs of different classrooms and students. Each class helped shaped my teaching in a positive way.
