Selected papers of the first of these conferences are published in&nbsp;<em>The Holocaust and Local History,<\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em>edited by Thomas K\u00fchne and Tom Lawson (Edgware: Vallentine-Mitchell, 2011), also available as special issue of&nbsp;<em>Holocaust Studies.
