As a part of my graduate program at Clark University, we had to go through the “rounds process”. A “round” is when I was required to teach a lesson while members of my cohort, and faculty members observe and evaluate my teaching abilities. I did three of these rounds, and learned so much through this evaluative practice. <\/p>\n
