As a part of my graduate program at Clark University, we had to go through the “rounds process”. A “round” is when I was required to teach a lesson while members of my cohort, and faculty members observe and evaluate my teaching abilities. I did three of these rounds, and learned so much through this evaluative practice.
Here are the round sheets that the members of my round would fill in with their feedback.
Round 1: “Me on the map” lesson during my social studies unit on maps. Round 1 linked here.
Round 2: “Bring a door or a pig” creative writing lesson linked here.
Round 3: “Measuring with cubes”. Round 3 linked here.
