They wrote \u201cpolar is cod and shivering (Polar is cold and shivering)\u201d, \u201cTemperate is woom and cod (Temperate is warm and cold)\u201d, and \u201cTropical is vere hot (Tropical is very hot)\u201d.&nbsp;\r\n\r\nThe second image shows a student who did not write sentences. Instead, they listed the weather vocabulary we learned earlier in this unit. Under polar they wrote \u201cCold, snow\u201d, under temperate they wrote \u201cpartly cloudy\u201d, and under tropical they wrote \u201chot, sun\u201d. You should wear tsnirl because is sunny. You might want to bring swcatshirt because becus it gets cold\" which translates to \"During the spring Worcester is sunny. You should wear a t-shirt because it is sunny. You might want to bring a sweatshirt because it gets cold\". This demonstrates that these students understand the nuances of climate being a pattern over time and weather being one time events.
