Students designed and completed everything from the title pages to the backgrounds to the content.&nbsp; Students had so much fun researching and planning vacations to their assigned region, and even more fun presenting what they learned for their classmates.&nbsp; It was a great opportunity for their personal interests and styles to shine.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Self Advocacy<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.clarku.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/678\/2021\/05\/For-Efolio-Jacob-Hiatt-Energy-Letters-from-the-Fourth-Grade.pdf\" class=\"pdfemb-viewer\" style=\"\" data-width=\"max\" data-height=\"max\" data-toolbar=\"bottom\" data-toolbar-fixed=\"off\">For Efolio - Jacob Hiatt Energy Letters from the Fourth Grade<\/a>\n<p>This is a compilation of the letters written to the principal about the energy used at Jacob Hiatt, which comes mostly from petroleum and nuclear power.&nbsp; Students voiced their opinions clearly and supported them with evidence, and explained why they felt a change was necessary.&nbsp; I particularly enjoyed how each student&#8217;s personal voice came through in their writing!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Critical Thinking This is the Jamboard we used to discuss our findings in the experiment.&nbsp;
