A teacher-parent texting app was used throughout the year to stay in contact with parents. Whether this contact be a kudos or a situation needing an update or attention. This form of communication allowed minor updates to stay just that, minor. 

In addition to this parents were provided periodic information updates about what the students were learning, and asking the parents to come in to see student work or celebrate student accomplishment. To see examples of these invitation or events click here.
