4A.1: Reflective Practice 

Over the past year the being an MAT has given me the opportunity to reflect on every lesson, unit and interaction with my students. This occurred formally through written reflections following lessons and units. This also occurred less formally through verbal debriefing and discussion following lessons and observations. During each each form of reflection, each area of strength, weakness and strategy implication are identified and either used or fixed and changed for the next time.
