The rounds process at Clark allowed us to think reflectively and refine our practice as teachers. We would host our professors, mentors, and peers in our classroom for a lesson that we designed and led. Before the lesson we highlighted areas of focus and asked guiding questions that guests took notes on as we taught. During the lesson guests walked around and talked with students, participating orĀ observing. After the rounds everyone met again to discuss observations and answer questions posed by the host. Below are examples of the handouts given out at my two rounds.
