As I have been teaching, I have been doing my best to make my classroom a space where all ideas are valued, and where students are both experts and explorers in the field of English. Keeping a focus on presentation skills, I plan lessons that allow students to confidently and comfortably speak their mind and share their ideas. My students come from a diverse variety of backgrounds, experiences, and learning styles. In my classroom, these differences are celebrated as all students have a chance to take center stage.<\/p>\n
