Thinking about each lesson, each unit, and each week, is an incredibly powerful way of developing meta-cognitive strategies that improve your practice. I have never really kept a journal, but after this program I have began keeping one as I can see the value in documenting your thought process, and subsequently learning from this.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Evidence:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.clarku.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/413\/2016\/01\/FinalReflection.pdf\">FinalReflection<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This is my final reflection of the teaching year. It really brought everything together and made me think not only on what was accomplished, but why I began teaching in the first place, and even areas I still want to improve in.
