Worcester is a city of immigrants, most of the students are first or second generation immigrants, and I saw them respond very powerfully when I brought in food, or interviews from the community. It made the content relevant, and not simply theoretical.<\/p>\n<p><b>Evidence:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In this video I interview a local baker who makes a special day of the dead bread from Mexico. We not only ate the bread, we learned first hand how the bread is made from a local.
