Curriculum Lab

CURLAB

One of the resources I most consistently used this year was the curriculum lab at Clark. I spent two or three nights here a week. Mainly making copies and taking advantage of the silence. It was also great to come across other students late at night and “bounce ideas off each other”. The curriculum lab also has different sections, and resources I used to create games, readings, and puzzles. My year would have been much more challenging without this space.

Professors

I was very fortunate to have so many professors be open to hearing out my ideas and give me meaningful feedback. Prof. Roberts and Prof. Park were incredibly helpful and their ideas were practical and actually helpful, not the vague answers one sometimes gets.

South High

The teachers at South High are incredibly willing to share resources, and collaborate. Miss Jennings at South added me to a Pinterest board and consistently posted really thought provoking content on there. Mr. Guitar lent me a language instruction book. Mr. Mercado and Mrs. Alejandro were always willing to share their advice, and best strategies for addressing different situations.
