Are students completing lab work effectively? How do you measure confidence with the material? Are students working well in groups?\n<ol>\n<li>Informal assessments: exit slips, class discussions, silent chalk talk, entries in science notebooks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Students will have an introduction to the unit at the beginning and also a preview of the concepts at the time. There will be a pre-assessment to gauge the differentiation needed.
