Further, I will use activities that help students simulate the concepts of adaptations, natural selection, and evolution.<\/p>\n<p>The summative assessments will include a research project and a lab report for a chicken wing dissection.<\/p>\n<p>I will check for understanding before moving on. I will be specific in instructions to help students know what they have to do at a given time in the class.<\/p>\n<p>Students will be able to keep track of their progress through Engrade, notebook checks, and returned work. I will provide rubrics for the big assignments and disclose how many points an input is worth.
