Thank you to Karen Holmes Ward for inviting us to appear on her show, CityLine, on October 19 to discuss our project. We have already made a number of contacts with descendants of people in the photos through this interview.<\/p>\n

Karen Holmes Ward has a personal connection to the photos: her father-in-law is Bud Ward, featured in one of our posts. Our collection includes an image of Bud’s father, James Harold Ward, Sr., as a baby, as well as James Harold’s brother Clarence, sister Hattie, and uncle Louis. <\/p>\n
