Dr. Weisang is a member of the following professional associations:

Academic Service
Dr. Weisang has personally presented his work at numerous conferences and professional seminars as an invited and as a guest speaker (including the 2009 Battles Lecture at the NES/MAA meetings at Fairfield University, Fairfield, CT). He is also a member of the program review committees for the new MS in Business Analytics and MSF in Finance at Clark University, Worcester, MA. He has served or is serving on several hiring committees as well as on the GSOM research committee and the Clark University Faculty Compensation Committee.
Guillaume has provided his time and service to other academic institutions as well. In particular, Dr. Weisang has served as a reviewer for several international academic journals such as Case Studies in Business, Industry and Government Statistics (2008–Present), Journal of Strategic Information Systems (2010–Present), Intl. Journal of Statistics and Management Systems (2012–Present), Optimization and Engineering (2013–Present), Journal of Alternative Investments (2013–Present). He also served as an ad hoc reviewer for the 47th Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences in August 2013. He has also served as external examiner on a Master thesis in Mathematics on “The Risk Parity Approach to Asset Allocation” in December 2014 for a student from University of Stellenbosch, South Africa (World class university–top 300).
