I am currently an Associate Professor in the
Department of Economics at Clark
University in Worcester, MA.
I am a macroeconomist and applied
econometrician. My main research areas of
interests are in economic growth, development,
and econometrics. My current research has
investigated how issues such as model
uncertainty, heterogeneity, and nonlinearity
complicate inference in the empirical growth
literature. I have also made methodological
contributions to model averaging approaches
as well as sample splitting and threshold
regression estimation.
My work has appeared in the Economics Bulletin,
the Economic Journal, the Journal of Applied
Econometrics, the Journal of Public Economics,
and the Journal of Macroeconomics.
